Who we are

This website is run by The Brands Den B.V., Oirschotsedijk 18, 5651 GC Eindhoven, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 97573221). We are responsible for the personal data processed through brands-den.com. Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected].

What data we process

• When you email us (including through the business form, which opens a pre-filled email in your own email app): your name, email address, company details, VAT number, phone number and the content of your message. We use this only to answer your question or handle your business enquiry.
• When you visit the website: our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites; we only see aggregated statistics.

The website itself does not store form entries, does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and loads its fonts from our own server.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data because it is needed to respond to your request or to prepare an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and website data based on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep emails and enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and to maintain our business relationship, and longer only where the law requires it, for example for tax records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics) and Google Workspace (email). Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this happens under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Send your request to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Shopping on our brand websites

Orders placed on remodius.com or massagerr.nl, or through marketplaces such as bol and Amazon, are covered by the privacy statement of that website or marketplace.
